Emballage & manutention

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on working days are shipped the same day.

Retours & remboursements
- Unopened and sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Returns must be in their original condition with all seals intact.

- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
